Ultra-Low-Noise optimized 50-Ohm-10-El.-VV-Yagi
Extreme low Ta for the boomlength and unbelievable patterns! Basis was the YU7EF-Yagi EF0210LT with D3-D8. For the construction principles see the 12-El.-V-Yagi. The gain is lower than usual for DK7ZB-Yagis. Remember: You cannot get all together. |

Gain 12,05 dBd Ta = 223° Boomlength 5,20 m
This Yagi uses a new design technology as a study, bent radiator and bent director 1. The Yagi has absolutely no first azimuth sidelobe, look for the patterns! Here is the EZNEC-File for download: |

The currents in the last directors are very low, but that is the price for the pattern!
The position and lengths of the elements can be seen in the table below. Use 10 mm for the radiator and 8 mm for the parasitic elements. The X-positions are the distances on the boom, the Y-positions the element lengths as halves. |
